Kelora Systems LLC and Color Plus, Inc. Reach Settlement Regarding Alleged Patent Infringement

Fremont, CA, September 12, 2011 – Kelora Systems, LLC, and Color Plus, Inc. announced today that they have entered into a patent licensing agreement. Under the terms of this agreement, Kelora granted Color Plus a license to use, at Color Plus’s sole discretion, the search engine technology covered by U.S. Patent Number 6,275,821 (“Method and System for Executing a Guided Parametric Search”) on Color Plus’s websites, which include bestbridalprices.com. The agreement resolves any and all current and future claims regarding the patent which Kelora had against Color Plus, Inc.
