Kelora Systems, LLC and American TV and Appliance of Madison, Inc. Enter Patent Licensing Agreement
Cupertino, CA, February 22, 2012 – Kelora Systems, LLC, and American TV and Appliance of Madison, Inc. announced today that they have entered into a patent licensing agreement. Under the terms of this agreement, Kelora granted American TV and Appliance of Madison, Inc. a license to use, at American TV and Appliance Madison, Inc.’s sole discretion, the search engine technology covered by U.S. Patent Number 6,275,821 (“Method and System for Executing a Guided Parametric Search”) on its websites. The agreement resolves any and all current and future claims regarding the patent which Kelora had against American TV and Appliance of Madison, Inc.
